8. All shingled roofing we install is HAND NAILED! This is the method preferred by most shingle manufacturers and city building departments. Roofers who use staple guns or air powered nailers need to constantly adjust the pressure to prevent under or over driving the fasteners effectivly voiding the shingle warranty.

9. Our famous "One Day Service!" 99% of all residental roofing jobs we do are started and completed the same day, including clean up. We don't leave your house until the roof is water tite, not just papered, which can blow off over night or in a storm.
